đź’¶Succesful EU funded collaborative team projects

THE PILLARS FOR EFFICIENT TEAM CONSORTIUM EXECUTION WITH ALL PARTNERS

These are usually projects funded by European programmes such as Horizon Europe or LIFE. Typically, these collaborative projects involve between 5 and 15 organisations with at least 1-2 people assigned by each one, with a duration of between 2 and 5 years and funding ranging from 500,000 euros to 5 million euros. Working in a team brings many challenges, especially in multi-partner projects funded by the European Commission. Research has shown that project and programme management specialists (including project coordinators) spend much more time than other project managers dealing with people and people-related issues, and this is also our experience. Once a consortium has been established, the quality of its work is what truly matters, which depends essentially on the expertise and skills it can mobilize to answer the topic’s objectives.

Through a guided support programme, we provide and support you in working as a team and focusing on the development of the common project goals. Establishing a foundation that the project coordinator or manager can then maintain or adapt as the project unfolds. The support programme can be carried out in Spanish or English (in the case of transnational project consortia).

Save yourself time and hassle, whilst ensuring smooth project execution and improving project success rates.
